Hearing continues in Supreme Court

KATHMANDU: The Constitutional bench of the Supreme Court continue to hear today on the writ petition against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana and comprising justices Anil Kumar Sinha, Bishwombhar Prasad Shrestha, Tej Bahadur KC and Sapana Pradhan Malla have fixed the time for the legal practitioners.

Each advocate has been given half an hour to debate the issue of dissolution of parliament. Senior advocate Dr. Chandrakanta Gyawali was the first to put arguments before the court.
