Excavator accident – one dies, three injured

Charikot, Dec 12, 2019 : A person died and other three injured when an excavator met with accident at Bhimeswor municipality-2, Tokhatal last night.

Raju Thami, 22, of Bigu rural municipality-8, Khopachangu in Dolakha died when the excavator met with accident on the way to Dolakha Bazaar from Charikot at 10.00 pm on Wednesday.

Three injured are said to be critical. The injured are Suman Thami, 16, of Bhimeswor municipality-2, Bijaya Shrestha, 27, of Bigu rural municipality and Excavator driver Rajkumar Thami, 22, of Kalinchowk rural municipality-4.

Shrestha is being treated at Grandi Hospital, Kathmandu and other two are receiving treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, police said.
