APF Inspector General Khanal provides insignia to officers

KATHMANDU: The Inspector General of Armed Police Force (APF) Shailendra Khanal has conferred insignia  to newly promoted senior police officers on Thursday.

At a special program at APF Head Office, Halchowk, IG Khanal conferred insignia to five Senior Superintendent of Police of APF who were promoted from APF’s Superintendent of Police.

In the same ceremony, IG Khanal has also conferred insignia to newly promoted 15 other senior police officers. They were promoted from the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police to the post of Superintendent of Armed Police Force.

Additional Inspector General of Armed Police Pushparam K.C. and Ramsharan Poudel and other senior officers of the Armed Police Force were also present.
