Logo and theme of CPN (UML)’s 10th General Congress unveiled

KATHMANDU: The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist and Leninist), CPN (UML), has unveiled the logo and the slogan for its 10th General Congress.

The CPN (UML)’s General Congress is taking place in Chitwan on November 26-28.

Party General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel unveiled the logo and the slogan amidst a news conference organised at the Party Office in Chyasal, Lalitpur today.

The slogan for the 10th General Congress is – ‘Let Us End Rightist opportunism and Organizational Anarchy and Determine the Basis of Socialism under Guideline of People’s Multi-party Democracy.’ Similarly, the logo has the image of a rhinoceros holding the party flag.

The party is preparing for the General Congress and selecting representatives for the convention from across the country.
