Kathmandu, Sept 6: The first friendly football match between Nepal and Bangladesh has ended in a goalless draw.
The match played today at Dasarath Stadium in Tripureshwar ended in a draw as neither team could score before the end of the allotted time.
Both teams had some opportunities to score during the match, but they could not cash them.
The second friendly match between Nepal and Bangladesh will be held on September 9. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has stated that if there is no clear result in the match, it will proceed to a penalty shootout.
