One worker dies, another injured as brick kiln wall collapses

Dang, April 12: A construction worker died after a wall of a brick kiln collapsed at Jahadagaun of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City–16 today.

Another worker was injured in the incident. Police have identified the deceased as Tirtharam Paswan, 30, of Bahraich, India, according to District Police Office spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Resham Bohora. The injured has been identified as Deshraj Paswan, 36, of the same locality.

After receiving first aid treatment in Dang, he has been referred to Kohalpur Teaching Hospital for further treatment.—
