All eight local levels in Jumla unveil budget for upcoming FY

Jumla, June 25: All eight local levels in the district of Jumla released the policy and programme, and budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84 BS. A municipality and seven rural municipalities in the district made their budgets public on Wednesday.
As per the document, Chandannath Municipality unveiled its budget of Rs 594.6 million for the upcoming fiscal year.

Likewise, Tatopani Rural Municipality brought the budget of Rs 542.8 million and Patarasi Rural Municipality released the budget of Rs 454.6 million for the FY 2083/84 BS.

Similarly, the size of the budget of Tila Rural Municipality is Rs 505.1 million and Rs 437.9 million of Hima Rural Municipality.

Kanakasundari Rural Municipality unveiled the budget of Rs 451.2 million and Guthichaur Rural Municipality released the budget of Rs 383.6 million.

The local levels in the district have prioritized institutional strengthening and good governance, sustainable infrastructure and urban development, protection and promotion of arts, cultures, cultural heritages as well as enhancing basic health care services and education, among others. —
