Licenses of 44 construction companies annulled

Kathmandu, July 11: The Ministry of Infrastructure Development has annulled the license of 44 firms and companies that failed to renew their construction business license.

The Construction Entrepreneurship Promotion Unit under the Ministry of Infrastructure Development has stated in a notice that the licenses of 44 construction entrepreneurs who did not renew their licenses within the fiscal year 2082/83 by mid-Chait 2082 as per the Construction Business Act, 2055 BS, have been automatically revoked.

The decision was made at the secretary level of the ministry. —
