President authenticates bill on establishment of forensic lab

Kathmandu, Oct 16: President Ramchandra Paudel has authenticated a ‘bill on establishment and operation of a national forensic laboratory’.

The President certified the bill in accordance with 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal presented to him following its passage from the federal parliaments.

President Paudel authenticated the bill on Friday. —

President issues ordinances

President Ramchandra Paudel issued two ordinances upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers on Friday.

The President issued the ‘Ordinance on Nepal Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation, 2083’ and the ‘Ordinance on Science, Technology and Innovation, 2083’, according to the President’s Office. —-
