Saptari Oct 26: Dr. Dila Sangraula, the General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, emphasized that Saptari holds a significant place in the history of martyrs.
Speaking as the chief guest at a festive greeting exchanges programme organized by the Saptari Constituency-2 in Rajbiraj to celebrate Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath festivals, she acknowledged the vital contributions of Saptari’s elders in every political movement throughout the country’s history.
Dr. Sangraula stated, “The Nepali Congress is committed to moving forward in line with the people’s wishes. Our party has evolved, now embracing representation from youth, women, and all segments of society.
