Civil Laghubitta proposes 20% dividend

KATHMANDU: Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78 BS.

According to a notice, 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend have been proposed. The dividend will be distributed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 242,121,379.50. Thus, the bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 4.6 crores and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 24.21 lakhs.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval from the central bank and endorsement by the microfinance company’s upcoming auction.
