Impartial judicial justice is true tribute to Gen Z martyrs: President Paudel

Kathmandu, April 10: President Ramchandra Paudel said that impartial judicial justice would be the true tribute to the Gen Z martyrs.

Addressing the the joint session of both houses of the federal parliament at the multi-purpose meeting hall of Singha Durbar-based Federal Parliament Building on Thursday, he stressed the need for speedy public services so that people feel the presence of government at their doorstep.

The President thanked citizens for their significant role during the recent protests and their aftermath, and emphasized the public’s demand for zero corruption, good governance, employment, and rapid development.

He said that the recent Gen Z protest reflects public dissatisfaction with the government and a strong desire for change, especially among the younger generation seeking new opportunities.

President Paudel also underscored the need for Nepal to move forward with balanced policies, mutual respect, and strong diplomatic relations amid global political uncertainties.
