Nepal, Bhojpur, April 26: The Bhojpur-Chakhewa road, which had been blocked due to flooding caused by heavy rainfall, is now operational in one-way.
In Bhojpur Municipality-5, all traffic was completely stopped after a bridge was washed away by a flash flood at Chalse Kholsa in Bokhim last night. Currently, small vehicles are allowed to operate following the establishment of an alternative route by local authorities.
Fabindra Pradhan, chair of Bhojpur Municipality-5, mentioned that vehicular movement is currently being conducted in one direction due to the emergency situation.
Traffic was restored after 23 hours. “The road was fully obstructed after the flood destroyed the bridge. We have now enabled small vehicles to operate by creating a new path. —
