NBA says its attention drawn to SC administration

Kathmandu, May 18: The Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has concluded that the Supreme Court (SC) administration’s move not to register a petition was beyond its right and an act aimed at challenging the route to justice.

An emergency meeting of the NBA held today said its attention was drawn to the Supreme Court administration’s denial to register the writ petitions of constitutional importance for the past some time.
